Chicken Spaghetti ingredients list:
1 lb of chicken breast.
1 lb of spaghetti pasta.
1 lb of Velveeta cheese.
1 can of cream of chicken soup.
1 can of tomatoes.
Pinch of salt.
Instructions for Chicken Spaghetti:
Boil the pound of chicken breast in a large pan, adding a pinch of salt to the water. When cooked, remove the chicken.
Cook the pasta in the water, draining it after it is done.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks.
Cut the cheese into small pieces and melt it in a saucepan with the cream of chicken soup.
Combine everything in a large pan.
Heat for about 3 minutes.
Serve.

Chili Pasta recipe
Chili Pasta ingredients list:
16 ounces of red kidney beans, rinsed and drained.
12 ounces of salsa.
2 garlic cloves, chopped finely.
1 small onion, peeled and finely diced.
1 jalapeño, cored and thinly sliced.
½ cup of grated cheddar cheese.
1 tablespoon of chili powder.
1 teaspoon of cumin.
Instructions for Chili Pasta:
Cook the pasta as advised on its packaging.
While it’s cooking, combine the remaining ingredients (except for the cheddar cheese) in a large pot and heat until the onion is cooked.
When pasta is done, drain and transfer to a serving bowl. Add the contents of the pot and toss gently until well combined.
Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Serve.

Corn and Zucchini Pasta recipe
Corn and Zucchini Pasta ingredients list:
1 lb of cavatelli pasta, cooked.
4 cups of fresh corn kernels.
2 cups of zucchini, diced.
1 cup of red onions, diced.
2/3 cups of red bell pepper, diced.
½ cup of sour cream.
1/3 cup of chopped fresh cilantro.
14 ½ oz of canned chicken broth.
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
1 tablespoon of jalapeno chile, minced.
1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice.
Salt and pepper, to taste.
Instructions for Corn and Zucchini Pasta:
In a 12-inch skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
Add the diced red onions and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the zucchini and bell pepper; then cook for another 3 minutes.
Add jalapeno and broth; then bring to a boil.
Add corn and cook for 5 more minutes.
Remove the skillet from the heat; then stir in the sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Toss the sauce with the cooked pasta in a serving bowl.

Creamy Salmon Pasta recipe
Creamy Salmon Pasta ingredients list:
1 x can of Salmon.
4 oz Smoked salmon, shredded.
2 tablespoons of Olive oil.
1 can 2% evaporated milk.
2 tablespoons of Lemon juice.
¾ cup of Sliced leek, no dark green parts.
1 x Clove garlic, minced.
4 teaspoons of Flour.
¼ cup of Fresh dill, chopped.
1 teaspoon of Grated lemon rind.
12 oz Pasta.
Instructions for Creamy Salmon Pasta:
- Cook the leek and garlic in a saucepan in olive oil, over a low heat, for about 10 mins or until the leek is very soft.
- Increase the heat to medium and stir in the flour. Gradually whisk in milk. Cook for about 5 mins or until thickened, stirring continuously.
- Drain canned salmon, flake salmon, and add to the saucepan. Add the smoked salmon, dill, lemon juice, and rind. Heat through.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta and drain.
- Toss the pasta and sauce together and serve.
