Ingredients:
For Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. breadcrumbs
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. minced onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp oil
For Sauce:
1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. minced onion
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine beef, egg, 1/3 c. onion, and 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl. Using hands goes well.
Form 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper. Repeat until all the beef is used.
In a large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp oil over medium heat. Brown the meatballs and transfer to a large casserole dish.
In a medium bowl, combine ketchup, minced onion, sugar, vinegar, 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Pour over meatballs and bake for 50-60 minutes until cooked through.

Ingredients:
6 Tbsp butter
1 lb sirloin steak, sliced into 1-inch wide by 2-inch long strips
1 medium onion,
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp dry tarragon
1 c. sour cream (at room temperature)
1 lb cooked egg noodles
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt 3 Tbsp butter. Brown beef over high heat, being careful not to burn butter. When beef is browned on all sides, remove from the heat and set aside.
Add onions to the skillet and saute until tender and aromatic. Add to beef.
Melt 3 Tbsp of butter and saute mushrooms. Cook until tender and aromatic. Add tarragon and nutmeg and stir to combine. Add sour cream, thinning with water until necessary. Stir constantly to avoid curdling. Add the onion and beef back to the pan and stir to combine. Simmer 2 minutes and serve over cooked egg noodles.
Beef in Creamy Mushroom Sauce recipe

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 c. water1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
3 c. sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
Combine cornstarch and water. Stir until dissolved and set aside.
Trim fat from the steak and cut the beef into thin strips.
Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Cook onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until tender and aromatic. Add beef and bell peppers and saute until browned. Stir in mushrooms.
Add brandy and beef bouillon to the beef mixture. Heat to boiling and reduce to a simmer. Simmer 1 minute. Stir in sour cream and cornstarch and simmer until thickened.
Stir in chives and serve over cooked mostaccioli.

1 cup thawed whipped cream.
Directions:
Stand 4 cookie halves and 2 banana halves in each of 4 oval ice cream dishes.
Place 2 scoops of the ice cream in each dish and top evenly with the chocolate topping and whipped cream.
Banana Walnut Bread recipe
Ingredients:
Cooking spray.
1 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour.
½ cup of Splenda.
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
½ teaspoon of baking soda.
Pinch of salt.
1 ¼ cups of mashed banana.
1 tablespoon of Canola oil.
1/3 cup of buttermilk.
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
¼ cup of chopped walnuts.
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spray a 9-inch by 5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside.
In a large bowl, blend the dry ingredients; set aside.
Mash the bananas.
Add the Canola oil, buttermilk, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas; mix thoroughly.

Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas, peeled and chopped.
1 banana, finely sliced.
2 cups of rolled oats.
1 cup of pitted dates.
1 cup of low-fat plain yogurt.
1 cup of low-fat evaporated milk, chilled.
¼ cup of lemon juice.
¼ cup of boiling water.
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
2 tablespoons of orange juice.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
1 teaspoon of unflavored gelatin.
1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg.
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Directions:
Combine the rolled oats, dates, vanilla extract, orange juice, and cocoa powder in a food processor.
Blend for 5 minutes, or until the mixture sticks together.
Press the mixture thinly around the sides and base of a suitably sized pie dish and refrigerate.
Place the gelatin in a small bowl and pour the boiling water over it, then dissolve by stirring. Set aside to cool.
Place the frozen bananas in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Add milk and blend for 5 minutes.
Add extra vanilla and yogurt and mix thoroughly.
Add dissolved gelatin. Pour the mixture into the base of the pie dish and refrigerate until firm.
Soak the extra banana in the lemon juice, slice, and place on top of the pie.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
