ORDERS

Minimum order is $10.00. Orders of $100.00 or more will receive free merchandise equaling $6.95, comparable to merchandise ordered. Sales tax will be added when applicable. Credit cards will be debited when the items are ordered.

SHIPPING, HANDLING and INSURANCE

Standard shipping, handling and insurance is $8.95 for ALL orders, and will be added to the invoice on date of order. Please allow 3 to 4 working days for orders to be shipped. Customers will be notified immediately if there are any unexpected delays in shipping. No refund on shipping, handling and insurance charges.

BACK ORDERS

All back orders will be shipped with no extra freight charges, unless otherwise specified on the original order.

DAMAGE UPON ARRIVAL

Once the merchandise leaves the dock the transporter becomes responsible. Please inspect your shipments upon arrival. In case of loss or damage, a report should be made to Jacobs Auto Electrical immediately. Keep the original carton packing materials.

RETURN POLICY

Prior to returning merchandise, the customer MUST obtain a return goods authorization by contacting Jacobs Enterprise by E-Mail and listing the products to be returned. We will NOT accept unauthorized returns. Notify us within 10 days of receiving merchandise. Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid to:
